1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Campus Thrift ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Eligibility

To use Campus Thrift, you must:

• Be a current student of NMIMS (Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies)
• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post items that are illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Share false or misleading information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization

4. Listings and Transactions

When creating listings or making purchases:

• All listings must accurately represent the items being sold
• Prices must be clearly stated in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Negotiable pricing must be clearly indicated
• All transactions are between users - Campus Thrift acts as a platform only
• Items must be delivered in the condition described

5. Content Ownership

By posting content on Campus Thrift:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant Campus Thrift a license to use, display, and distribute your content
• You warrant that you have the right to grant this license
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between users:

• Users should attempt to resolve disputes amicably first
• Campus Thrift may mediate disputes at its discretion
• Final decisions rest with Campus Thrift administration
• Users may be suspended or banned for repeated violations

7. Limitation of Liability

Campus Thrift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Quality or safety of items listed
• Accuracy of user-provided information
• Disputes between users
• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Loss of data or unauthorized access

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Remove listings that don't meet our standards
• Modify or discontinue the service at any time
• Update these terms with reasonable notice

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
